RVM Auto Assist recognises that the Insurance Broking market continues to be very competitive, especially with the arrival of the ‘new’ aggregators putting further downwards pressure on motor premiums.

However, Brokers continue to thrive by differentiating themselves and by offering greater service and a more personal approach.

We are looking to assist in that approach by:

Enhancing the customer’s service experience when an accident occurs
Offering a competitive income-share to support the Brokers margins
Saving considerable time spent by the Broker in managing motor claims
Over-brand ourselves to more closely associate our service with that of the Broker

Vehicle Hire and Repair

RVM Auto Assist runs its own fleet of rental vehicles, which are offered on a Credit Hire basis nationally to non-fault accident victims under the ABI protocol (‘GTA’).

We are long-standing 1st Tier members of the GTA and support wholly the efforts that are being made by all parties to ensure this continues to be an effective Protocol for the industry as a whole.

RVM Auto Assist is also a long-standing member of the National Association of Credit Hire Operators (‘NACHO’) as well as the Accident Management Association (‘AMA’).

We continue to work closely with both trade bodies and have created an ethical policy relating to credit hire work to which all the staff and Directors of RVM Auto Assist have signed up and to which we all operate. (Click here to view a PDF of our Ethical Policy)

Credit Repair is also offered to customers under the Protocol and through an RVM Auto Assist Approved National Network of body repairers.


Full Outsource of Motor Claims

RVM Auto Assist pioneered the ‘Full Outsource’ concept for Brokers in 1998 and has continued to develop this aspect of our service over the years.

We now offer an enhanced ‘watching brief’ service (see below) over those claims that do not qualify for extended credit under the Credit Hire and Repair program but require ongoing support to be given to Brokers customers.
