RVM Auto Assist recognises that the burden on fleets to record claims data, support drivers in the event of an accident and implement robust safety protocols is increasing.

At RVM Auto Assist, we have the ability to support both small fleets as well as large fleets including a flexible portfolio of services.

Traditionally, Fleets have not taken advantage of the opportunity to claim costs incurred in non-fault claims directly against the blameworthy third party Insurer under an extended Credit basis. This is because losses are normally recovered under a Loss Recovery program AFTER they have been paid for by the Fleet.

RVM Auto Assist is now integrating this opportunity for all its fleet customers under the protocol known as the GTA (see http://www.abi.org.uk/TPHire/ ), which has been set up to facilitate the process of claiming directly as opposed to through the fleet’s own insurance policy.
